Mr. Clare Ronald F. Clarke, also known as Ron, has been the Chairman of FleetCor Technologies, Inc. since March 2003 and its Chief Executive Officer and President since August 2000. He serves as Member of the Supervisory Board at MONETA Money Bank, a.s. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Cove Hill Partners, L.P. Mr. Clarke served as the Chief Operating Officer of AHL Services Inc. from 1999 to 2000 and served as its President from 1999 to September 2000. He joined FleetCor Technologies, Inc. in 2000. He joined AHLin May 1999 and resigned from AHL in September 2000.

He served as the Chief Marketing Officer, Division President and Corporate Officer of ADP. From 1990 to 1998, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer and later as a division president with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a computer services company. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Clarke was a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consulting firm. He served as a Marketing Manager for General Electric Company, a diversified technology, media and financial services corporation. He has been Director of FleetCor Technologies, Inc. since 2000. Mr. Clarke holds a B.A. Degree in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from Cornell University.

    Here’s a fun fact [NOT]: “FleetCor Technologies CEO Ronald F. Clarke’s compensation soared 79 percent in 2017. He was paid 1,517 times the median pay of the companies’ employees.” That’s insane; 1,500X+ more than the regular employee!

    I found Ron Clark to be the most intelligent leaders that I’ve ever been associated with. Taking a company from nothing to the worlds largest processor of fleet fueling. Ron was always generous with his personal by compensating top performers with Fleetcor stock. A complete game changer in life. In 39 years of professional selling I’d work for Ron again anytime.
